for Participation in Training Programs
Organised By Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service set forth the rules and conditions for participation in the training programs organized by the Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine. By enrolling in and participating in the training, you agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the program. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country where CETRCM is registered.
2. Eligibility for Participation
To participate in our training programs, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be physically and mentally fit for intensive physical and tactical training activities.
- Provide accurate medical information when requested.
- Meet any additional requirements for specific training courses, as indicated in the course description.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to the following rules of conduct:
- Respect: Show respect toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.
- Compliance: Follow all instructions given by the Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine staff, particularly regarding safety and training protocols.
- Substance Use: The use of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances during training or on the training premises is strictly prohibited.
- Weapons & Equipment: Weapons and tactical equipment may only be used under direct supervision and as instructed.
- Safety First: Immediately report any injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions to staff members.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the training program without a refund.
4. Safety and Medical Considerations
- Medical Disclosure: You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to participating in the training.
- Risk of Injury: By enrolling in the training, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks, including physical injuries. You agree to participate at your own risk.
- Emergency Care: The Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine will provide basic first aid for injuries but is not responsible for further medical treatment. Participants are responsible for their own health insurance coverage.
5. Use of Equipment
- All equipment provided by the Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine must be handled with care and used according to staff instructions.
- Participants will be held liable for any damages to equipment resulting from negligence or misuse.
- Participants are required to return all equipment in the same condition as it was received.
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Training materials, tactical techniques, and any proprietary information shared during training are strictly for your personal development and educational use.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any training materials without prior written consent from the Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Participant Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 7 Days before the training start date to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of medical emergencies, subject to proper documentation.
- Training Cancellation: The Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
8. Media Release and Use of Likeness
By participating in the training, you grant the Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine permission to capture photos, videos, or other media featuring your participation. These may be used for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. If you wish to opt out of media use, you must provide written notice before the training begins.
9. Liability Waiver
- Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the training, including the risk of physical injury or property damage.
- Release of Liability: You agree to release the Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the training, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where CETRCM is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the court competent for the Organizer's registered office.
11. Amendments
The Center of Tactical Research & Combat Medicine reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants before the start of the training program. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
