Overview

  • The Close Protection Operative (CPO) Course is designed to prepare individuals for roles in personal security, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to operate as professional bodyguards or personal security officers. This course covers all aspects of close protection work, from threat assessments to advanced protection strategies, giving participants the ability to protect high-profile clients, executives, or VIPs in various environments.
     
  • Participants will learn essential close protection techniques, including risk assessment, surveillance detection, conflict management, convoy protection, and tactical planning for safe client movement. The training also focuses on legal and ethical considerations, crisis management, first aid, and how to effectively handle high-stress situations while ensuring the safety and well-being of the principal (client).
